A native of western Kentucky and graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School, Daryl devotes his time to fighting for those suffering injuries or wrongful death from auto, semi-truck and motorcycle accidents; defective pharmaceutical products; nursing home abuse and neglect; Jones Act, maritime and boating accidents; and asbestos and mesothelioma.
In 2000, upon returning home to Paducah after working in South Florida, Daryl started his personal injury practice. He has since dedicated his life and practice to fighting for those who have been injured. Along with practicing in the areas of personal injury and civil litigation, Daryl is also a published best-selling author, focusing his writing on reaching insurance consumers and victims of injury.
