Paragard IUD Lawsuit
At Flint Cooper, we are dedicated to defending the rights of individuals who have been adversely affected by the Paragard IUD, a widely used intrauterine device (IUD) for long-term contraception. Teva Pharmaceuticals, the manufacturer of Paragard, faces allegations of failing to adequately warn patients and healthcare providers about the risks associated with the device, including device breakage, expulsion and other serious complications.
These allegations underscore a significant breach of trust between Teva Pharmaceuticals and the patients who have relied on Paragard for their contraceptive needs, leaving many blindsided by the complications linked to the device.
If you have used the Paragard IUD and have suffered from device breakage, expulsion or other related health complications, you may be entitled to compensation. We encourage you to schedule a free consultation with Flint Cooper at +1 618.620.1207 to discuss your legal options and potential recourse.
